Orders are shipped from the UK.

All orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to a customs charge. In this case, we will reimburse you for these charges. Simply contact our customer service department.

If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer a replacement or a refund.
